MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

As a new administration takes office, I want to thank Bruno Tropeano and his administration for a job

well done. I also would like to congratulate and welcome all the newly elected officers. My goals are to increase our membership and get more members involved in out lodge. To attend meetings and volunteer some of their time to get involved on some committees. We are facing a very tough economy, and therefore we will be watching out financial obligations very carefully.

As all of you are aware, the lodge has made a tremendous effort in raising money for the victims of the earthquake in Central Italy. To date we have raised over $16,000 from donations, the three pasta night fundraisers, and the Deck Party. This money will be given directly to the people in the affected towns. Many members and nonmembers have worked very hard for this cause, too many to name each person individually. I would like to personally thank everyone who helped out and donated money for this tremendous cause.

One last thing, we have the 50/50 raffle tickets at

the bar or ask Tony Iappoluccio. We would appreciate it if everybody buys one or sells one to a friend. The money will go towards the improvement of our lodge. I hope you and your family have a safe summer.
